Hey guys and girlies!!! I just wanted to take time and let you all know that no matter what anyone says about you, YOU ARE PRICELESS!!! I love you all!

Remember when we used to eat when we were sad and weren't sad because we ate. Rember when we cried because we got a cut instead of cutting because we were crying? It's a sad realization when you know everything's changed...when you'd rather cut than eat. Why did so much change?

Keeping yourself busy and far from boredom is the easiest way to keep from binging! Instead of eating, workout, write, sing, dance, just do anything to keep yourself from eating! Boredom is the #1 cause of over eating and weight gain!

I've been anorexic off and on for 3-4 years. Hiding it isn't easy. I've actually told my parents twice, but they thought it wa just for attention and ignored it. I've told other people about it, but only those I knew I could trust. Tips for hiding Ana? Well, I throw food away when I get to my room, only eat when my parents are present, feed some of the food to my pets, say I'm not hungry, I've already eaten, just things like that. I hope this helps!

I've always had very low self esteem. I don't know if anorexia has anything to do with this or not. I know that being skinny boosts my self esteem, as it does for many others, but Ana doesn't have a part in this. Ana kills is inside, but being thin is what keeps us alive. I know this post is rather back and forth and confusing, but I cannot truly answer of anorexia boostsy self esteem or not. I believe that anorexia tears my self esteem down, but the effects of Ana bring it up. Sorry if this is confusing.

I, myself, am not and have not ever been suicidal. My mother attempted suicide when I was about nine, and I've been surrounded by suicidal people quite often from that point on. I believe that suicide is a cowardly way out of a temporary situation, but I also believe that it takes quite a bit of bravery to be able to go through with it. I have no bias to suicide. I understand both points, but have not decided which side to agree with, so I remain impartial.

Many of you guys want to know how to get thin legs and, more importantly, the infamous thigh gap! There are a few things you must know to be able to achieve this great feature!
First you must know your bone structure. Not everyone is built for a thigh gap, so don't beat yourself up about it!!!
Second, you must workout!!! But not only do you need to do leg workout, you must also do a ton of cardio! To be able to tone your legs, you must have an all around toned body! Just remember: Cardio, cardio, cardio!!! I cannot stress this enough!

These are great workouts!!! I also figured you needed to know how much to burn to get to your ideal weight! Good luck!!!

Let me explain this title. It has two meanings:
1.) Working outside or working inside:
I prefer to workout inside. You can control the temperature and you don't have to worry about weather. Another major plus to working inside is that you have access to the Internet. There are some amazing workout videos on the Internet. Some of my favorite videos are Blogilates on YouTube. Now, don't get me wrong; working out outside is great too! You get fresh air and the beautiful scenerie!!!
2.) Working out for muscles or working in for skinny: I make sure to choose workouts to tone my body to give me a thin, sexy look. Extreme workouts don't just burn calories, but they also build major muscles. Toned muscles are great and look very sexy, but bulky muscles on females is just plain wrong!

Fasting: not eating for long periods of time. I fast quite regularly, almost every weekend. Some of you have asked me how I make it through. Well, it didnt start out easily. Fasting is something you have to ease in to. Some tips for fasting are: keep water bottles around (drink water when you're hungry), suck on ice cubes (it tricks your body into thinking its eating), count down from your current weight to your goal weight, don't watch t.v. (It causes cravings), KEEP YOURSELF BUSY!!! I cannot stress this last point enough. Being bored causes cravings and leads to hunger and binging! This is NOT good for losing weight! Stay active and workout out!
